Yes certainly. Every retreat program allows for periods of downtime during which you can simply relax, book extra treatments or take part in sports and activities.
Of course. Your retreat pricing includes everything you would expect from a regular BodyHoliday, in addition to your special retreat program.

Part of the enjoyment of a retreat with between 12 -15 participants is the camraderie that naturally occurs during the week and that is fostered by the idea of communal dining. Firefly has the space and suitable furnishings to make that a memorable experience.
However, the facilities of the BodyHoliday are always available for any retreat guest who would like to take in some of the multitude of activities and dining options.
